Whether you’re receiving services from Blossom Pediatric Therapy PNW PLLC (Occupational Therapy) or Clear Communications NW PLLC (Speech Therapy) – or both – this page contains all the essential information you’ll need to access your child’s patient account.
Accessing the Patient Portal:
You can use the Patient Portal to:
- View and manage upcoming appointments
- Access treatment summaries
- Message your therapist
- Upload important documents
- Update payment methods
- View or cancel appointments
How to Register:
- Sign in via web browser or app.
When logging in from a desktop, click HERE.
You also have the option to download the simple practice app for easy and quick access on your phone. - Check your email:
Look for your Client Portal invitation sent via email from simple practice. This will contain your personalized link. - Register your child:
To register for the portal, you will need the unique link sent in your Welcome Email sent from your provider via Simple Practice.
If you did not receive the Welcome Email or need further assistance, please email us with your name, your child/children’s name(s), their date(s) of birth, and the service(s) you are currently enrolled in (Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or both).
