Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled therapists to join our team. As a Pediatric Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families by providing expert speech, occupational, and physical therapy services.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, occupational, or physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions to address communication, sensory, and motor skill challenges.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric therapy through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Washington State licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
- Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
