Nichole

Nichole is an Occupational Therapist who brings warmth, patience, and a genuine love for helping children grow into their fullest potential. She has experience supporting individuals from infancy through the teen years, along with adults, giving her a strong understanding of development across the lifespan and how to meet each person where they are.

Before becoming an OT, Nichole taught swim lessons and quickly discovered how much she loved working with children. Those early experiences helped shape her calm, encouraging style and her ability to build trust with kids in a way that feels natural and fun.

Although she grew up in Washington, Nichole followed her passion for understanding people and behavior to Oregon State University, where she earned her degree in psychology. She later completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at Radford University Carilion in Virginia. During her clinical training, she worked in both medical and pediatric settings, including hospital specialty units and outpatient pediatric therapy. These experiences helped form her thoughtful, whole child approach.

Nichole believes that everyday moments like play, social interaction, and daily routines are where real growth happens. She focuses on helping children build skills that increase independence, confidence, and participation in the things that matter most to them and their families.

Families often share that Nichole’s calm presence helps children feel safe and supported. She values connection first, knowing that progress comes when children feel understood and encouraged.

Outside of therapy, Nichole enjoys spending time outdoors, knitting, and being with friends and family.

We are so excited to welcome Nichole to our Blossoming Kids family.
